Alliance Technology Corporation introduces the latest advance in coating machine technology. The machine is designed for easy operation and is modular for easy maintenance. It does not require special operator skills. Available in 24" coating width, the units provide high speed, dry to dry protective lamination for photography and digital ink-jet images printed with various types of inks: UV, solvent, and water-based.

The UV24-HA unit coats both flexible and rigid substrates up to 26 mm thickness and the UV24 unit coats both flexible and rigid substrates up to 4mm thickness. Coating speed is up to 30 feet per minute. Coating thickness is adjustable from 3 - 10 microns. The built in triple liquid delivery system uses three pumps each with its own filtration system: one for glossy, one for luster or matte and one for cleaning fluid.
